The current international conference, from 24 to 26 September 2009, II ExpoGNV Perú 2009, will offer an interesting Technical Tour where participants will visit the important plants of GNC Energía Perú and NEOgas.
The tour begins with the transfer of visitors on an NGV bus directly to the plant of GNC Energía Perú S.A. This company, dedicated to the compression and marketing of NGV, has built the first plant in the country, which will supply industrial customers, service stations, and other applications that are outside the scope of the gas pipeline, within an area of 350 Km.

The compression plant "General San Martín", inaugurated in January this year by the President of the Republic, is ready to operate at 100%. The company uses the technology of Gasoducto Virtual® (Virtual Gas Pipeline) -designed and patented by the company Galileo (Argentina). This is currently the most advanced, flexible and technically integrated modular system. This will contribute to the large-scale use of natural gas in Peru and will speed up its delivery to users who are away from the gas pipeline location. In addition, there will be an economic advantage in terms of fuel savings and environmental benefits for the community. |

Next, in the second part of the Tour, people will go to NEOgas Perú facilities where its compression plant in operation can be appreciated, which has a total installed capacity of eight (8) compressors, with a compression flow of 307,000 m3/day for semi-trailer filling. The company is registered as Authorized Agent of the DGH (General Direction of Hydrocarbons).
NEOgas has more than 320 operations around the world with equipment of high efficiency and low energy consumption called "HPU - Hydraulic Power Unit" and "RCU – Reduction and Control Unit”, with unique and patented technology and manufactured with the strictest quality and safety standards.
Program: the meeting point will be the lobby of the Sheraton Lima Hotel & Convention Center, at 8.30 AM on Friday 25th of September. Visitors will be transferred on NG buses and refreshments will be served in both plants.
