Conclusions, by the exhibitors
The most representative businessmen of the market were present at the Latin American NGV meeting. The Jockey Plaza Convention Center housed 70 companies from all over the world and brought about commercial exchange and business opportunities.
Below, their opinions about the Fair.
Diego Mussi - Agira
The Fair was a real success. To us it was very interesting. In addition, there were large numbers of visitors and it served to introduce our new compressor that works on gas.
Gastón Pazos - AEB America
There was much public. We hope it is a sign of market recovery for the next months.
Gonzalo Richter - Irsamotors
It was an incredible fair that housed the best brands in the industry. Also, we gave many and good quotations.
The main objective we had set was to present in publich the new alliance between Irsamotors and Tomasetto Achille for converting OEM vehicles to CNG with fifth generation equipment.
Michelle Moldauer Magill - Rimac-Swagelok-OMB
The event was very well-organized. It was an opportunity to meet new customers, strengthen the relationship with the existing ones and create new lines of business.
We also introduced our new product line, we were able to give out samples and we launched the OMB conversion kit.
Alberto Batic - Cidegas
We know we are going through a difficult phase at world level, but the exhibition fulfilled our expectations. The objective was to confirm the presence of our company in Peru and the brand name of our product. In addition, we sought to consolidate the partnership with Vitkovice to create new businesses.
Ivo Brabec - Vitkovice
The exhibition was very good. Frankly, I am very happy to have been here. Peru is an important market, with many new NGV business opportunities.
This market has an integral project: I was pleasantly surprised to have learnt that there is financial support for those who want to convert their vehicle to CNG.

The outcome of the exhibition could not have been better. We brought very expensive equipment and the truth is that the sale was excellent, we sold everything. We also had excellent proposals.
Mr. Batra – Everest Kanto Cylinders
The exhibition was very good and there was international participation. We had very good interaction with the visitors, customers and suppliers. It was a really useful event in order to understand the vehicular gas business in Peru.
Our goal was to promote our brand and our presence in the Peruvian market. We have been promoting our products in the country for a year and this was a great opportunity to provide more details to the customers

As constructive criticism, I would have liked that the exhibition hours had been extended.

The exhibition went very well. The Peruvian market is mature enough due to the job done by Cálidda distributor, which has paved the way. We received visits from Bolivia as potential clients and also we have done some networking.

The Fair was very well organized and we were visited by many people interested in switching their cars to natural gas system. On the other hand, I would have liked to see more trucks converted to CNG. It is a shame to walk around and breathe pure oil.

We evaluate the fair very positively. We currently have 12 representatives in Peru and we are looking for more. The other objective was to promote our brand.
Ezequiel De Martino – Emer Latinoamericana
The organization was very good: they always gave us answers and solutions. We met our goals by 70 percent, we got presence in the market and we were able to show our products.

We are very pleased with the results of the Expo and we had good exchange with visitors. We have participated in many exhibitions in Russia, Pakistan and other countries. Here, people are more practical: they know what they want and it was good for business. We had intended to advertise and attract people's interest and this was an opportunity to do so.
Gabrielle Gozzi – Idro Meccanica
The fair seemed good to me because I had specific contacts. Those who came were quite practical to initiate business.

The event met our expectations. Our way of doing business is generating the interest from compressors manufacturers such as Galileo, IMW, Idro Meccanica, Agira, among others. In addition, it helped us to stay close to consolidate the relationship with our customers, who are compression integrators and service stations installers.

Compared with the I ExpoGNV Peru 2006, this second edition has grown 100 percent. It was very good and we believe the next will be much better. We did much business; we will see results probably during the upcoming weeks.

The fair was undoubtedly beneficial, perfect at NGV level. We had direct contact with people, face to face. We were able to meet suppliers, potential partners and customers. We are a company with businesses in Peru and Colombia.

The exhibition was a great opportunity to get to know the activity in Peru and Latin America. It was a very successful and informative fair. On our part, we have done wonderful networking.
